SU Life Skills

Description: This 8 week Ashtanga Yoga course has a beginners/improvers level and an intermediate level. Ashtanga yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.

  • Beginners/Improvers: 6pm-7.30pm Thurs 2nd April – Thurs 21st May (subject to change)
  • Intermediate: 7.30pm-9pm Thurs 2nd April -Thurs 21st May (subject to change)

Course Venue: The Space upstairs in Áras na Mac Léinn
Cost: €40 Pay in the SU Office or by Debit/Credit Card on 091 493 570.
