Students’ Union Organise GE2020 Information Day
NUI Galway Students’ Union will be hosting two major events on Tuesday 4th of February to help their 19,000 student members to decide who to vote for in the General Election on the 8th of February.

The second event will see a hustings of the Galway election candidates where students can discuss their party’s policies on housing, healthcare, education, transport, work, direct provision and public services. This event is in collaboration with ONE Galway and GMIT Students’ Union and will take place from 7.30pm in the Kirwan Theatre. Free tickets are available here.
Students’ Union President Clare Austick said: “We have registered thousands of NUI Galway students to vote again this year and we want them to be as informed as possible when they go to vote on the 8th of February.
