Featuring Christmas Dinner, Santa, Christmas jumpers, tinsel, good cheer, cheesy Christmas tunes, DJs and lots of festive surprises from 10am at Sult NUI Galway. €5 wristbands for entry to Electric Garden & Theatre or 44ClubGalway at 10pm on sale from the SU Office and SU Engineering Desk tomorrow! Direct Provision Talk 6pm-8pm Monday 13th November in IT125

Nominations for NUI Galway Alumni Awards 2018 are Open
The broad criteria for selection is that nominees are graduates of NUI Galway who have made an “outstanding contribution in their area of endeavour” in any of the following fields: Arts, Business, Engineering, Science, Law, Public Policy and Government, Medicine, Nursing and Contribution to Sport. Nominations should include a brief description of the nominee (no more than 10 lines), their achievements and any additional information to support the nomination.

This free workshop is offering students an opportunity to meet with journalists, communications professionals and EU affairs experts to get a crash course on the EU and writing about Europe. It takes place 10.30am-2.30pm Thursday 23rd November in Dublin. Registration deadline 12pm Mon 20th Nov.

Invite to Launch of Galway’s Sustainability Stories
You are invited to the launch of Galway City’s Sustainability Stories 10am-1.30pm on Wednesday 15th of November in the O’Donoghue Theatre NUI Galway. At the event the University will also launch is Sustainability Strategy 2017-2020. The event is free but you need to register HERE.
Our office is located upstairs in the Áras na Mac Léinn building beside Sult and we are open Monday to Friday 10am-5pm.
Our reception desk in the Engineering Building foyer is open Monday – Friday 11am-3pm.
