Mental Health Week – #LittleThings Competition Winner

Congratulations to Collette Mulkeen the winner of our #LittleThings competition who won a pair of tickets to our sold out Neil Delamere gig. Her #LittleThings Mental Health tips were:

  1. A walk in the evening after lectures all day long is good therapy – take 20mins out of your evening and walk alone or with a friend to clear your head and take in some fresh air!
  2. Get outdoors! – we are so lucky to have a beautiful campus with stunning walkways. The local Galway people use our campus for peaceful walks  – go and explore and get some fresh air.
  3. Don’t be afraid to ask for help – there are so many facilities and services on campus to listen and advise you whenever you need help. ASK for help!
